Welcome to The Burn Council

We are a 501(c)3 non-profit organization that exists to help children, adults and families affected by a burn incident in Northern Indiana, Northwest Ohio and Southeast Michigan. We like to say that we “help with the healing during and after the hospital”, providing financial, in-kind and other assistance to Burn Survivors and their families, as well as educational support to the public about burn prevention.

We thank the members of Psi Iota Xi, Theta Theta Chapter, for their donation to help us purchase gas cards for burn survivors, and bedding and laundry detergent for families staying in our Burn Family Suites. We value your support!

April 25, 2012
The Burn Council welcomed Lions International President Tam as he toured the Burn Suites, toured the Regional Burn Center, and planted a tree on the campus of St. Joseph Hospital. He addressed the crowd of Lions and Leos in attendance from Northeast Indiana. Click here to view a recent article on the visit.
